I go to great lengths to provide the best quality, professionally hand made goods and instruments to my customers and to present them for sale as accurately as possible, and in the best way I can. This includes any faults, dents, blemishes, cracks or scratches that these beautiful creations may incur during their construction.
Extensive Photography
As you can see by the extensive photography provided with all my products, extreme close ups of faults are readily included and never hidden from my buyers. In fact, I could be accused of underselling my goods, as often close ups of minor faults taken with an 8 megapixel camera will increase the impression of any smaller issues, when otherwise they may be barely visible to the viewer.
This is all part of my promise to my buyers to provide an honest and accurate service. Anyone with experience in dealing with handmade goods such as these will appreciate the work that goes into these wonderful products and understand that they are not buying cheap factory made tourist trinkets, but beautiful, well made goods and instruments that have been originally sourced and handcrafted by skilled artisans, musicians and luthiers.

All the products you see on this site are bought with the greatest respect for those who make them and at a fair trade.
Due to their artisanean origins, many of the items you see on this website are unique and in some instances minor imperfections or abrasions in the finish of these handmade goods can often add to their character and quirkiness.
Nevertheless, being a musician and a consumer myself, the last thing I would expect when buying from a web site is to be sold an item or instrument under false pretences and find that when it arrives at my door, the product has a huge scratch or dent on it that was not pictured or mentioned on the sales page.
With Original Artisan, my galleries give you the opportunity to view these products close up and in detail and have accompanying descriptions of any faults to match, but if for any reason you find you are not happy with your purchase, then you may send it back for a full refund.
Instrument Sales
The instruments I sell have been vetted by a number of non biased sources from across the country including a range of professional salesmen, music teachers and instrument makers in the business to verify their quality.
The last thing I would intentionally do would be to sell my customers an instrument of questionable integrity.
It is my aim to provide good quality goods and instruments, to photograph and describe them as accurately as possible and to sell them to my readers at good prices.
Guarantee & Returns
You have my own personal guarantee that if you purchase any item or instrument directly from me, and are in anyway dissatisfied with the product, then as long as the item is returned to me unused and in it’s original condition with all accompanying packaging and extras within 14 days, you will receive a full refund.
All refunds will be made as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of correctly returned goods.
Return Delivery Expenses
Please note the buyer is responsible for the return delivery expenses and so as to avoid any unnecessary complications regarding damage or non receipt of goods, all products must be returned with adequate postage insurance and proof of delivery.
