FREE Priority & Express Shipping on All UK Mainland Orders
All mainland UK orders, no matter how large or small qualify for free UK priority shipping, provided by either Royal Mail, UPS, Parcelforce or DPD Courier Services.
Most of our smaller items such as strings, tuners, picks & general musical accessories will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class post or Royal Mail 24 service with delivery confirmation. Items usually arrive either the next day or within 1 or 2 working days following the day of posting.
Larger instruments including charangos, ukuleles, guitars, amplifiers etc. will be sent out using courier services such as DPD, UPS, Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery. These services normally aim to deliver items the next day working day.
In general the delivery services we use are very fast and efficient, however in case of service issues which are beyond our control such as those relating to the Coronavirus pandemic, or at times of the year when excessive strain is placed on the delivery services such as Christmas and New Year, please allow a few days extra for your item to arrive to cover any potential problems with delays or detours your item may encounter on the way.
Dispatch Time
Most smaller items such as strings & musical accessories purchased before 4.30pm Monday to Friday & 11.30am Saturday will be shipped on the same day.
Larger items requiring courier services i.e ukuleles, amplifiers and guitars etc. purchased before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Those purchased after 12pm will be shipped the next working day due to courier collection times.
International Shipping
Although we do ship internationally, our shopping cart is currently only processing orders for UK customers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will be back to our normal worldwide service again as soon as we can. If you are in need of an international order, please get in touch via our contact pages and we will be happy to arrange a quotation for you and can send you an invoice/payment request to complete your purchase via PayPal or credit card.

Smaller items sent internationally will be shipped via RM International Small Parcels with the Royal Mail International Tracked, Signed or Tracked and Signed priority service applied to each package, depending on the services available in the receiving country.
Royal Mail aims to deliver packages to European destinations in around 5 – 7 working days and Rest of World destinations in around 10 – 12 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of the postal service in the destination country.
Larger international packages such as guitars will usually be shipped ship via Parcelforce Worldwide Global Priority and depending on the destination, usually take between 4 – 7 working days to arrive.
Once again, due to mail service issues in the receiving country which are beyond our control, please allow an extra few days for your item to arrive to cover any potential problems with delays or detours your item may encounter on the way.
Business Days
Working days in regards to postal delivery services are defined as weekdays from Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included as working days.

International
International shipping costs are calculated and shown on our ‘Checkout Page‘ and will vary greatly depending on the country the buyer is purchasing from, the size and weight of the package and the total value.
Final shipping costs are shown once buyers complete the billing and shipping address details on the checkout page. Once the country of shipping has been selected, the checkout page will automatically update to show your shipping fees and total order costs.
